Lone Star Benefits began its operation in March 1998 with John Heath, CLU as president. Mr. Heath has served the group insurance needs of employers since 1974. He has owned and operated a third-party administration company and was a principal for more than 10 years in a large regional insurance agency headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Since its inception, our firm has achieved very strong growth and has expanded its services. Our client base ranges from companies with 2 employees to more than 6,000 employees located in 20 states.

Our licensed agents and our customer service specialists are experienced in group plan design, plan marketing, plan implementation and ongoing plan service to our clients and their employees. The Lone Star Benefits staff is committed to the efficient performance and continued success of all plans serviced by our firm.
